Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you register an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (encrypted — we never store passwords in plain text). If you choose to sign up or log in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID from Google instead of a password. When you request a withdrawal, we collect your PayPal email address. We also set a persistent device identifier (a cookie) and record the IP address used at signup, which we use only for fraud prevention (see Section 4).

2. Sharing information with survey partners

To provide relevant surveys, we share an anonymous identifier (not your real name) along with your IP address and some profile information (if you provide it) with our survey partner, CPX Research (Make Opinion GmbH). This partner has its own privacy policy and complies with applicable data protection regulations.

3. How we use your information

• Authenticate your login and protect your account
• Verify your email address and credit the associated welcome bonus
• Record and process reward points from completed surveys
• Process your PayPal withdrawal requests
• Detect and prevent fraud, such as duplicate accounts (see Section 4)
• Contact you for support when needed

4. Fraud prevention

To keep rewards fair for everyone, we use a device identifier (cookie) and signup IP address to detect when multiple accounts are created from the same device. When this happens, the accounts involved are automatically flagged for manual review by our team and may be restricted while under review. This data is used strictly for fraud prevention and is not shared with third parties other than as described in Section 2.

5. Storage and security

Your password is one-way hashed (bcrypt) before being stored. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data, though no system is ever completely secure.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us via the Contact page.

7. Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be announced on this page.
