Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your place of residence) to register and use the service. Each person may only register one account.

2. Rules of use

• Providing false information while taking surveys is strictly prohibited
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (including collecting referral bonuses or the email verification bonus repeatedly) is strictly prohibited
• Using automated software or bots to complete surveys is strictly prohibited
• We use an automated device identifier to detect when multiple accounts are registered from the same device or browser. Accounts flagged this way may be reviewed and, if found to violate these rules, suspended along with forfeiture of points
• Violating the above may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated points

3. Reward points and conversion

Points are credited to your account once our survey partner confirms your completion is valid. In some cases, a survey may be cancelled or flagged as fraudulent within 15-60 days after completion (at the survey partner's discretion), in which case the corresponding points will be deducted from your account. New accounts may also receive a one-time welcome bonus for verifying their email address (or signing up with Google); this bonus is limited to one per person and is subject to the multi-account rule above.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out via PayPal only. Withdrawal requests are processed manually within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal request if signs of fraud are detected, in which case the points will be refunded to your account.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that relevant surveys will always be available to every user at every time, as this depends on supply from our market research partners.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
